Position Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Representative to ensure a seamless experience for our dental laboratory clients by managing relationships, addressing concerns, and optimizing service satisfaction. This role involves proactive communication with dental offices, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely case completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in client relationship management. They will track client feedback, provide education on lab services, and work to improve retention and engagement. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth in a rapidly expanding dental lab.
Compensation
$25 to $30 per hour
Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage client concerns effectively.

Ability to coordinate with lab technicians, dentists, and office staff to ensure smooth case workflows.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

High level of attention to detail and organizational skills to track and manage multiple client accounts.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a dental laboratory, dental office, or DSO setting.

Familiarity with dental terminology, full-arch restorations, and digital workflows.

Knowledge of billing, invoicing, and insurance coordination for lab services.
