Avant Dental Arts is the sister company to New Life Dental Implant Center, which creates all full arch restorations for dental practices. New Life Dental Implant Center is a Full Mouth Rehabilitation clinic using state-of-the-art technology and techniques in modern digital dentistry to deliver life-changing treatment in one location from start to finish. Our practice requires a team-approach and each member serves a major role in providing the highest quality care to our patients. 

Our dental laboratory is based on a proven system using the digital dentistry workflow and superb customer service. This offers reduced stress compared to most laboratories because we only focus on the full arch workflow without having the distractions of a typical in-house function, allowing you to focus on the design aspect. Position Description

We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to oversee operations in our dental lab, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality full-arch restorations. This role involves managing workflows, supervising technicians, maintaining quality control, and optimizing digital and traditional fabrication processes. The ideal candidate has expertise in dental prosthetics, digital workflows, and lab management, ensuring precision and efficiency in all cases. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential for maintaining smooth operations and meeting production deadlines. This position offers competitive compensation and the opportunity to lead a cutting-edge dental laboratory.

Compensation

$75K to $85K

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a dental laboratory, with at least 1 year in a management role.

  • Strong knowledge of full-arch restorations, implant prosthetics, and dental materials.

  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Exocad, 3Shape) and digital workflows.

  • Experience managing a team of technicians, ensuring quality control and efficiency.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to oversee multiple cases and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with 3D printing, milling, and photogrammetry workflows.

  • Background in lab budgeting, inventory management, and cost efficiency.

  • Familiarity with emerging dental technologies and process improvements.

  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with clinicians, prosthodontists, and surgeons.

  • Leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced laboratory environment.
