New Life Dental Implant Center is a Full Mouth Rehabilitation clinic using state-of-the-art technology and techniques in modern digital dentistry to deliver life-changing treatment in one location from start to finish. Our practice requires a team-approach and each member serves a major role in providing the highest quality care to our patients. We offer “needs based” treatment and uphold the highest level of ethics when prescribing treatment plans.

Our practice is based on a proven system using digital dentistry and superb customer service. If you like structure in the workplace where goals and objectives are clearly defined, and want to provide passionate life-changing treatments to patients, then this is the perfect job for you. Because our office does not accept insurance, our team has a lot more time available to properly perform their job duties without hassle of spending hours on the phone verifying insurance claims or billing procedures. our front desk staff has more time to attend to our patients and grow our practice. The right individual must have good communication skills and be an advocate for the patient. This is a career occupation for the right person and a long-term position is being offered. Our goal is to improve access to high-quality dental implant treatment for those who need it most, making care more affordable and accessible.

Position Description

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to attract high-quality candidates for clinical and administrative roles.

  • Source candidates through job postings, career fairs, social media, networking, and recruitment platforms.

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews.

  • Manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.

  • Maintain strong relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs.

Human Resources Management:

  • Oversee HR policies and ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws.

  • Manage employee records, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.

  • Develop and implement performance management processes to enhance team productivity.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and employee relations programs.

  • Handle workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions as necessary.

Workforce Planning & Retention:

  • Collaborate with leadership to assess staffing needs and forecast future talent requirements.

  • Develop retention strategies to maintain top-performing employees.

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends to improve employee satisfaction.

Training & Development:

  • Coordinate and implement onboarding programs for new hires.

  • Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.

  • Work closely with department heads to facilitate continuous learning opportunities.

Compensation

$70K to $90K including bonuses.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR management.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience in healthcare or dental industry recruitment.

  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
