Position Description
Ideal candidates are financially driven and will lead the team to achieve the overarching goals of the business. The Office Manager is expected to understand the metrics of the practice and to quickly adapt to the needs of the practice. Candidates will navigate challenges and make quality decisions to advance the business. Diplomatic management and mediation resolves conflicts, contributing to a quality company culture. Financial compensation will directly reflect in the success and work ethic of the candidate. Responsibilities
Management

Oversee office operations including the clinical team, administrative team, and facilities.

Ensure proper facilitation of business systems including marketing, sales, fulfillment, and service.

Oversee scheduling, payroll, and timesheets

Ensure proper communication and delivery between internal and external laboratories

Ensure successful scheduling of surgeries with appropriate medical clearances
-
Ensure compliance requirements are met to governing board standards and internal protocols
-
Facilitate training for new and existing team members as necessary
-
Hire team members within the scope of the practice vision and needs
-
Execute tasks related to accounts payable and receivable
-
Maintain and contribute to company culture

Marketing and Sales

Ensure adequate inbound lead flow from the marketing and address issues with appropriate team members as necessary

Verify timely responses to leads and inbound requests
-
Verify sales metrics and KPIs as provided by the administrative team to make recommendations and adjustments for increased production

Consult with patients as necessary as support to the financial coordinator
Audits

Frequently audit team performance evaluating the quality of completed tasks

Diplomatically deliver performance feedback to team members

Manage performance plans to increase productivity and collections

Team Performance

Evaluate team member performance guiding team members to desired output and quality standards

Make recommendations and/or decisions to reposition team members, crosstrain, and/or terminate based on company protocols and processes

Hiring

Conduct interviews to screen new potential team members

Make recommendations and/or hiring decisions for potential candidates

Onboard team members verifying proper documentation and processes

Financials

Evaluate practice collections and ensure funds are handled in appropriate timelines.

Review KPIs and collections raising concerns or questions as necessary
Compensation
$75K to $190K including bonuses.
Required Qualifications
