Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact by answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to schedule new patient appointments

• Engage with prospective patients to build rapport, provide essential information, and help increase appointment show rates

• Support patients throughout their journey with professionalism, empathy, and excellent service

• 100+ phone calls per day

• Review metrics daily to understand the needs of the business

$28 per hour. Target Compensation $85K to $178K including bonuses.
