New Life Dental Implant Center is a Full Mouth Rehabilitation clinic using state-of-the-art technology and techniques in modern digital dentistry to deliver life-changing treatment in one location from start to finish. Our practice requires a team-approach and each member serves a major role in providing the highest quality care to our patients.
Our dental laboratory is based on a proven system using the digital dentistry workflow and superb customer service. Position Description
Note: This position is only for well-connected individuals specifically in the All-on-X segment of the dental industry. Any applications that do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with connections in the dental industry to drive growth and expand partnerships for our dental laboratory. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with dental practices, and increasing lab service utilization. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the dental industry, excellent sales skills, existing connections, and the ability to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives. They will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Sales - Avant Dental Arts

Meet with dentists to discuss full arch prosthetic services.

Provide marketing materials

Follow up and help submit initial cases

Ensure successful transition to onboarding and/or transfer to onboarding team
Collaboration

Contact vendors and cultivate relationships to work with network of clients.
Metrics

Evaluate key metrics for contacts, referrals, collections, and activity and adjust efforts accordingly.
Education Program

Promote The Full Arch Course

Contact Doctors and receive payment for the course.

Collaboration with the administrative team to create and promote education

Tasks assigned by management to carry out the functions of Avant Dental Arts, and subsidiaries associated with the business.
Compensation
$150K minimum base annual salary. Up to $279K including bonuses and profit sharing.
Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the dental, healthcare, or laboratory industry.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills with dentists, specialists, and DSOs.

Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills for securing new business.

Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and Google Suite.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with potential clients and attend industry events.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in dental lab services, implant prosthetics, or digital workflows.

Existing relationships with dentists, periodontists, and oral surgeons.

Knowledge of CAD/CAM, 3D printing, and digital dentistry trends.

Background in B2B marketing, sales forecasting, and strategic planning.
