Position Description
New Life Dental Implant Center is looking for a Content & Social Media Manager to support our Media Director and stakeholders in turning long-form content into compelling, platform-native content for social media. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of each platform and can creatively repurpose content to maximize reach and engagement.
What You’ll Do:
• Edit long-form video content into short-form clips optimized for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Reformat and recycle existing content to extend its lifespan and impact
• Manage publishing across platforms, ensuring each post is timely, well-executed, and on-brand
• Write engaging, concise copy that complements the visuals and drives interaction
• Collaborate closely with the Media Director and company stakeholders to align on brand messaging, creative direction, and strategic priorities
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, and platform-specific etiquette
• Experience editing short-form content for social (tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)
• A natural sense for storytelling, pacing, and visual style
• Ability to maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and branding across platforms
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
Compensation
$27 to $37 per hour.
Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).

Strong writing skills with experience in social media copy, blogs, or marketing materials.

Ability to develop and execute a content calendar aligned with brand goals.

Basic photography and graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, dental, or medical content creation.

Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization for search engines.

Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM tools.
